A medical history should not be something a family can lose.

Why we built it

It started with one father's question

Two brothers, one question about a daughter's medical file, and a war that showed how easily a family's history disappears.

Better care starts with a better connection.

Ayadati connects patients, doctors, and clinics for a healthier Iraq.

Common questions

The platform is in active development. These answers describe the approved product direction, not unavailable guarantees.

Who is Ayadati for?

Ayadati is designed for clinics, care professionals, staff, patients, and approved health-network partners. Each participant receives a role-specific experience.

How will patient information be protected?

The architecture uses tenant boundaries, least-privilege access, encryption, consent controls, and auditable access. Final legal and operational controls will be validated before production launch.

Which languages are supported?

The Iraq public experience launches with Arabic, Kurdish, and English. Arabic layouts are designed and tested right to left.

Does AI make clinical decisions?

No. Planned AI capabilities assist with approved tasks such as drafting or summarization. Sources, review, and accountable human decisions remain required.

Is the full platform available today?

The new platform is being built in stages. Contact the Ayadati team to discuss launch participation and the right onboarding path.
