Ayadati uses cookies and similar technologies on our public website. This page explains what we use, why, and how you stay in control.
1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and improve performance.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Necessary for the website to function correctly (e.g. session management, security). These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors find and use our public pages. Only set if you accept.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your choices (e.g. language and theme preferences).
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our public marketing and appointment-booking pages: how many people visited, which pages they viewed, and which clinic's page they were looking at.
- We do not load Google's tag at all until you accept. Nothing is sent to Google before that, not even an anonymous signal. If you decline, the tag is never loaded.
- We do not enable Google's advertising or personalisation features, and we do not use analytics data to advertise to you.
- The user-level and event-level analytics data covered by Google's retention setting is configured for 14 months. Aggregated statistical reports are not governed by that setting and may remain available for longer.

The analytics cookies appear only after you accept. The essential and functional entries hold your own choices and contain no advertising or tracking identifier. A clinic that configures its own Google Analytics property sets the same two analytics cookie types for its own property.
Where analytics does not run
We do not run analytics inside the patient portal or the clinic dashboard. Any page dealing with your health information, including appointments, prescriptions, results, messages and your record, is excluded, and the analytics tag is switched off automatically if you navigate to one. No health information is sent to Google.
Clinic-configured analytics
A clinic using Ayadati may connect its own Google Analytics property to its public clinic page and booking page. Where that happens the clinic is an independent data controller for that measurement. The same rules apply: it runs only after you accept, and never inside the patient portal.
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can change your mind at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as accepting:
- Use the controls at the bottom of this page. They show your current choice and let you change it immediately.
- The cookie banner offers the same choice the first time you visit.
- You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Declining analytics does not reduce your access to any service.
5. Consent
We ask for your consent before setting any cookie or storage used for analytics, and we rely on that consent as our legal basis. You may withdraw it at any time using the options in section 4. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything collected beforehand.
