Patient Portal Terms of Use

Last Updated: August 8, 2026

These terms apply to you as a patient using the Ayadati patient portal. They are short on purpose. They are separate from the commercial agreement between your clinic and us, which does not apply to you.

The portal is operated by NEXALYTIXS LIMITED, trading as Ayadati, registered in Ireland, company number 775893, Apartment 101, Laurel Hall, Larkfield Heath, Dublin 18, Dublin, D18 XAP0, Ireland.

1. The Portal Is Not Emergency Care

If you are unwell and need urgent help, contact your clinic by phone or your local emergency service. Do not use the portal.

Messages sent through the portal are read during your clinic's working hours. Nobody is monitoring them continuously, and there is no guaranteed response time.

2. Your Clinic Provides Your Care

Your clinic, not Ayadati, is responsible for your treatment, your medical record, your prescriptions and your results. We provide the software your clinic uses.

That means:

  • Clinical questions go to your clinic, not to us.
  • If something in your record looks wrong, tell your clinic. We cannot change a clinical record, because it is not ours to change.
  • Whether a result, prescription or document appears in your portal, and when, is your clinic's decision.

3. Your Account

You may use the portal for your own records, and for those of someone you are entitled to act for, such as your child or a person in your care.

You agree to:

  • Keep your password to yourself and not let anyone else sign in as you
  • Give accurate information when you register
  • Tell your clinic if you think someone else has reached your account

Do not attempt to sign in as another person, or to reach a record you have not been given access to.

4. Linking Your Record

Your clinic invites your account to connect to your record, and you confirm the connection. Neither step works alone. We do this so that nobody, including clinic staff, can attach your account to a record without your agreement.

You can disconnect a link from the portal at any time. Disconnecting stops you seeing that record. It does not delete the record, which stays with the clinic that holds it.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault. Your clinic remains reachable by its normal means when the portal is not.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the portal to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false content, to interfere with the service, or to try to access parts of it you are not authorised to see. We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will tell the clinic if we do.

7. Your Data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: your clinic controls your medical record and we process it for the clinic, while we control the sign-in account itself.

To exercise your rights over your medical record, contact your clinic. For questions about the sign-in account, email support@ayadati.org.

8. Closing Your Account

You can ask us to close your portal account by emailing support@ayadati.org. Closing the account removes your access. It does not delete your medical record, which your clinic keeps for as long as its own professional and legal duties require.

9. Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the portal if the change is significant.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement, or any right you have under data protection law.

11. Contact

Questions about the portal itself: support@ayadati.org. Questions about your care, your record or your appointment: your clinic.
